Carrot Kichadi recipe
Ingredientsfresh curd 2 cups
freshly grated carrots 1 cup
minced green chilly one
oil 1 tea spoon
whole red chilly one
mustard seeds a pinch
curry leaves a few
salt to taste
Instructions
Mix curd, grated carrots, minced greenchilly and salt to tate. Heat atea spoon oil. Add the redchilly cut into two,mustard seeds andcurry leaves. Let it splutter. pour over the kichadi, mix and serve cold with rice or rotis.
